At the end of 2010, IPMIT, together with the Swiss partners Rapp Trans AG, signed a contract for the project "Preparation and production of documents and other professional services in the project of establishing an electronic toll system in free traffic flow" with the contractor DARS.

Partners will offer consultancy services regarding the design and establishment of electronic toll collection system in the free-flow, which is based on the Action plan for implementation of electronic toll collection system in the free-flow (by the Prime Minister adopted 26/11/2009). Key activities, in which we will participate, are:

• definition of the concept of electronic toll collection system in free traffic flow;
• preparation of investment documentation;
• preparation of tender documents for the selection of the contractor;
• providing help with the procurement process;
• assistance in amending legislation;
• participation in the monitoring of the contract execution during the system implementation phase;
• participation in the contract executing during the system production phase (the first year after establishment).
